PAYMENT METHODS

Oak Cliff Press, Inc. (OCPI) accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express) as well as payment through your PayPal account. Billing to your credit card or to your PayPal account occurs at the time of purchase or shortly thereafter.

PLEASE NOTE:

• We are unable to accept credit cards issued by banks outside of the United States.
• If a purchase has been declined online due to credit card issues, or issues with your PayPal account, please ensure all data is correct and resubmit. If the transaction is not accepted online, you will be unable to use that card or your PayPal account (as the case may be) for your purchase and should use another credit card.

SALES TAX

All purchases will include sales tax based on the bill-to address and the sales tax rate in effect at the time of download. If the sales tax rate for the billing address changes before the product is downloaded, the new tax rate in effect at the time of download will apply. We will only charge tax in states where downloads are taxable. No customers are eligible for tax exemptions for purchases made through this website.

PRICES

OCPI reserves the right to change prices for products offered at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

CONTENT USAGE RULES

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your User Login and Password (Account) which grants you temporary access to downloadable files on this website. You should not reveal your Account information to anyone else or use anyone else's Account. You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur on or through your Account, and you agree to immediately notify OCPI of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security. OCPI shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your Account.

Your use of the Products is conditioned upon your prior acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

You shall be authorized to use the Products only for personal, noncommercial use. Public exhibition, reposting, duplication, and electronic distribution is strictly prohibited. No transfer of copyright in any product is granted or implied.

Any exporting capabilities (including transfer to iPod or similiar devices) are solely an accommodation to you and shall not constitute a grant or waiver (or other limitation or implication) of any rights of the copyright owners in any audio or video content, sound recording, underlying musical composition, or artwork embodied in any Product.

You agree that you will not attempt to, or encourage or assist any other person to, circumvent or modify any security technology or software that is part of this website.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

OCPI is not responsible for typographic errors.

All sales on this website are governed by Michigan law, without giving effect to its conflict of law provisions. Risk of loss and title for all electronically delivered purchases pass to the purchaser in Michigan upon electronic transmission to the recipient.
